These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Jasper & Olivia Toronto, reachable at info@jasperolivia-toronto.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and Jasper & Olivia Toronto.
2. Product Information
We do our best to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information at all times. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Occasional typographical or pricing errors may occur; no rights can be derived from such inaccuracies, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods (Shopify Payments) may vary depending on your country or region. Customers are responsible for confirming which payment methods are available for their location prior to placing an order.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Dispatch time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination.
- Shipments are sent directly from our supplier, located in China. Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer.
- All timeframes stated above are estimates. Delays caused by high order volume, holidays, or customs processing do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or request a refund on that basis alone.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details and conditions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. A refund or chargeback request cannot be opened until the item has been received by the customer — we ask that you contact us directly first so we can help resolve any issue.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping where tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout. In all cases, our liability is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. We strongly encourage customers to carefully verify their address details before completing an order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and design — is the property of Jasper & Olivia Toronto and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@jasperolivia-toronto.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When submitting a complaint related to size, fit, or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Jasper & Olivia Toronto is registered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
