Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.


1. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.


2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.


3. Shipping Method & Origin

To reduce waste and lower our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our supplier, located in China. Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping partner is Canada Post.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the shipping method selected.


5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking code, both on our website and via the link provided by email.
  • Please check whether your package is being delivered directly to your address or to a pickup point, and collect it from that location if required.
  • If delivery is taking longer than expected, or something seems off, please email us first at info@jasperolivia-toronto.com before opening a chargeback or refund request — we're happy to look into it with you directly.

6. Responsibility Once Shipped

  • If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer at that point.
  • Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order, by emailing info@jasperolivia-toronto.com.
